The two founding and name partners of the firm, Joachim Trebeck and Stefan von Broich, have been working closely together for more than ten years and already know each other from their joint student days at the University of Cologne. Jeremy Bister, who joined the firm as an equity partner in 2021, as well as Andrea Klein and Kristina Arzberger also know the two founding partners from their previous joint activities. Before founding Trebeck & von Broich, the lawyers worked together in a commercial law firm in Cologne specializing in employment law. There, they not only implemented various employment law restructurings together, but also sharpened their individual consulting profiles. As a result, the attorneys have developed a perfectly attuned teamwork, which enables them not only to provide ongoing employment law advice, but also to provide employment law support, operational support and implementation for large and highly complex projects within a short period of time.
